Job description
The Account Executive position centres on operational Excellence - Manage leads, meetings, and income generation through effective diary systems, activity tracking, and SMART time/resource planning. It would suit someone who can bring driving Sales & Growth - Achieve individual and team targets through proactive prospecting, outbound campaigns, and strategic client engagement to the role.

As an Account Executive, you'll lead client relationships, meet sales and renewal targets, and unlock new business opportunities through strategic reviews and expert advice—all in. Since 2021, we’ve grown rapidly through the acquisition of independent brokers across the South West and South Wales strengthening our local presence across 6 branches with commitm.

- Operational Excellence - Manage leads, meetings, and income generation through effective diary systems, activity tracking, and SMART time/resource planning.
- Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships via review meetings, mid-term visits, and tailored advice to exceed client expectations and maximise cross-.

Technical requirements
- Expert knowledge of and proven experience within the UK Commercial Insurance Industry, specifically within a new business focused role.
- Cert CII qualification (or qualified by experience).

Practical details
- Up to £55,000.00 (depending on experience) + benefits & bonus potential.
- 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
- 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
- Additional detail: Bonus opportunities may be available.
