Account Executive

Account Executive focuses on maintain sales on existing accounts through outbound telephone calls.

What the role involves

• Maintain sales on existing accounts through outbound telephone calls.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting.
• Taking new customers from first contact via phone/email/webchat through to placing orders.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend products.
• Build customer relationships and loyalty.
• Promote special offers, promotions and new products to all customers where relevant.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in an account/sales based role.
• Confident making outbound warm lead calls.
• A track record of working towards KPI`s and achieving targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and CRM software.
