What the role involves

• Leading strategic growth initiatives across Colt’s largest UK professional services customers.
• Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with the business priorities of professional services institutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across complex, multi-site professional services organisations.
• Use data and insights to prioritise accounts and shape high-impact strategies.
• Driving revenue growth through consultative upsell and cross-sell across Colt’s portfolio (cloud, SD-WAN, security, voice).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution from pre-sales through to delivery.

Skills and requirements

• Recent and relevant B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in digital infrastructure, telco, IT services, or SaaS.
• Experience managing complex enterprise clients with a consultative, outcome-based approach.
