As a Account Handler / Account Executive, the work centres on preparing documentation, presentations, and insurer submissions. It would suit someone who can bring confident communicator, both written and verbal to the role.

Who the work supports

Based out of the East Sussex branch, you'll play a key role in supporting a portfolio of commercial clients while working within a collaborative, well-resourced team. Supportive, team-focused environment within a national brokerage.

How support shows up

Preparing documentation, presentations, and insurer submissions. Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business processing. Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive cover.

Confident communicator, both written and verbal. This is a hands-on, varied role where your technical knowledge and attention to detail will genuinely make a difference. Strong professional approach.

What needs to be in place

• Experience in a Commercial Account Handler or similar broking role.
• Cert CII / working towards CII qualifications (desirable, not essential).
• Good working knowledge of commercial insurance products.
