Account Handler – Luxury Packaging

Location: Office based – 9:00am-5:00pm daily
Salary: Up to £30,000

The Company

We’re excited to be partnering with a luxury packaging company, based in West Yorkshire, in the search for an Account Handler to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business known for delivering high-quality packaging solutions, particularly within the luxury and retail sectors.

The Role

As an Account Handler, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of client projects from initial enquiry through to completion. Acting as a central point of coordination, you’ll ensure all jobs are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
• Supporting account managers by progressing enquiries into fully detailed quotes and orders
• Taking ownership of sales orders once placed, managing them efficiently through to completion
• Producing and issuing all required documentation, ensuring accuracy and that all necessary approvals and signatures are obtained whilst adhering to internal ISO processes and procedures
• Liaising with suppliers and clients to resolve any queries following order placement
• Requesting templates from suppliers and artwork from clients, ensuring all required information is received and correct
• Coordinating delivery requirements, including issuing accurate delivery notes and confirming contact details
• To assist in any matter relating to our ISO certification and to work to the system that this requires

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a packaging in a similar position  

• Experience in an administrative, order processing or sales support role

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
• Someone who advocates the value of social and environmental impact (e.g. championing sustainability)
