As a Account Manager, the work centres on supporting Account Director and Client Partner in client maintenance and growth. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

As a member of the Client Leadership team you will champion the integration of these service lines under Rocket. They are pivotal in bringing together and shaping all digital elements of customer journey.

Supporting Account Director and Client Partner in client maintenance and growth. Ensure teams work to a pre-defined communication and delivery cadence. Ensure quality of RocketMill outputs and alignment to client briefs and strategy.
What needs to be in place
- To work successfully across these areas, you will need to be highly organised, an excellent communicator, and have the ability to identify and resolve challenges to delivery.
- Managing paid media campaigns, reporting, and task-by-task account priorities across relevant channels.
- Previous agency experience or equivalent marketing client-side experience.
