They will need to be able to identify client needs in advance of the formal tendering process. Support the construction of compelling proposals. Develop sales campaigns.

Sales skills and experience

• It will be advantageous for the successful candidate to have existing knowledge of the aerospace market to support Stirling Dynamics’ rapidly growing business.
• Stirling Dynamics has a geographically diverse customer base and as such the candidate will be required to travel nationally and internationally.
• Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.

Practical details

• Along with a hybrid working method, based out of offices in Bristol, multiple domestic and overseas trips are expected per year to visit customers and to represent Stirling at even.
