- As a customer account manager you own the contract and are the interface between the site and the customer.
- Oversee contractual obligations, cash management, and compliance while managing commercial risks and opportunities.
- Change Management – Implement contract updates.
- Financial & Business Modelling – Support pricing strategies, bid proposals, and commercial planning.
