- Act as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Supporting administrative processes including surveys, reviews, and site meetings.
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation within CRM systems.
- Assisting with after-sales support to drive client retention and satisfaction.
- Provide updates on account activity, performance, and upcoming tasks.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Service, or an administrative support role.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
