Account Manager
Account Manager focuses on a good understanding of trauma-informed approaches and therapeutic behaviour support.
What the role involves
- A good understanding of trauma-informed approaches and therapeutic behaviour support.
- Supporting the planning, delivery, and assessment of individualised learning activities for pupils with SEN, adapting materials and strategies as required.
- Work alongside class teachers to deliver differentiated learning, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
- Delivering small group interventions under the direction of SENCOs and phase leaders.
- Assisting in the development and monitoring of EHCP outcomes, contributing to reviews and meetings.
- Provide cover for whole classes in the short-term absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and supported.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
- A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
