Account Manager

Account Manager focuses on a good understanding of trauma-informed approaches and therapeutic behaviour support.

What the role involves

• A good understanding of trauma-informed approaches and therapeutic behaviour support.
• Supporting the planning, delivery, and assessment of individualised learning activities for pupils with SEN, adapting materials and strategies as required.
• Work alongside class teachers to deliver differentiated learning, ensuring all students can access the curriculum.
• Delivering small group interventions under the direction of SENCOs and phase leaders.
• Assisting in the development and monitoring of EHCP outcomes, contributing to reviews and meetings.
• Provide cover for whole classes in the short-term absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and supported.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.

Candidate fit

• Relationship management, commercial awareness, communication, and organised follow-through.
