What the role involves

  • Are you looking for a company where you can learn, grow & lead?
  • Region – North & Scotland (Birmingham upwards, including North Wales).
  • (Principal contacts at all merchants within Buying Groups, plus Area/Regional Director level across the nationals).
  • Managing a small, high-performing Regional Merchant team – 2 direct reports.
  • Deliver divisional sales targets and budgets, driving commercial success across the region.
  • Represent Etex at conferences, quarterly reviews, and national meetings, strengthening our presence and building strategic partnerships.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
