  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls and enquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Preparing quotations and follow up effectively to maximise conversion rates.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience using Sage Accounting software.
  • Experience within B2B industrial, engineering or material handling sectors.
