Account Manager
Account Manager focuses on build the foundation for medallia’s future success by driving new sales opportunities through innovative campaigns and events.
What the role involves
- Build the foundation for Medallia’s future success by driving new sales opportunities through innovative campaigns and events.
- Develop subject matter expertise in Customer Experience Management to best support and coach our customers and prospects (including, completing all training certifications provided.
- Build key relationships and collaborate with field sales representatives on their respective territory accounts in the region to continuously generate new pipeline through account.
- Build strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders, including senior executives (VPs, SVPs, EVPs).
- Research and understand the needs of our clients, prospects, and customers, and effectively communicate Medallia’s value proposition.
- Leading scores, purchase timeframes, and next steps.
Skills and requirements
- Fluency in German is required.
- Experience in a client-facing role working in sales, business development, account manager or a related field.
- 9+ months outbound prospecting experience.
- Proficency in an additional language such as Italian, Spanish, or French is a big plus.
