Account Manager

Account Manager focuses on core service: analyze business performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights to improve overall business performance.

What the role involves

• Core Service: Analyze business performance, identify trends, and translate data into actionable insights to improve overall business performance.
• Leverage these insights to build strategic, customer-centric recommendations using Amazon programs (e.g., Amazon Freight) to drive long-term benefits.
• Availability & Operational Excellence: Drive local and EU supply-chain operational excellence initiatives by reducing costs, defects.
• Lead times, and by managing stock in our Fulfilment Centre.
• Promotion & Funding: Provide recommendations for the brand’s marketing and advertising campaigns to promote new products, increase traffic, and improve conversion.
• Manage promotional activities for Amazon events such as Prime Day where you will help your brands generate sales.

Skills and requirements

• Ensure the brand’s experience of the AVS demonstrates our customer obsession.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in local language and English (both minimum C1 level).
• Experience building strategic relationships with stakeholders, including communicating and collaborating across teams and functions.
