- Managing partnerships proactively by promptly addressing queries and issues, and building trust and long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure accountability with relevant teams, and present information back to customers.
- Act as the main contact for external stakeholders.
- Design materials to showcase programme outcomes and efficacy, using them to educate stakeholders.
Skills and requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as account management, client services, customer success, or project coordination.
- An analytical mindset, strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, and proficient with Excel.
- Comfortable managing multiple customer relationships and complex projects simultaneously, with strong prioritisation and time management skills.
