Account Manager

Account Manager focuses on # coordinating the efforts of the internal teams to continually deliver value for our clients and maximise the impact we have on their businesses.

What the role involves

• # Coordinating the efforts of the internal teams to continually deliver value for our clients and maximise the impact we have on their businesses.
• # Building trusted relationships with client contacts, understanding their market and business needs, and being able to proactively identify new opportunities that will drive growt.
• # Owning budget management from estimating to invoicing (via Accounts) and monitoring time utilisation, ensuring all information is recorded accurately in the CRM system.
• # An aptitude for solving problems and the confidence to influence and engage in the decision-making process.

Skills and requirements

• Are you an experienced Account Manager with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing who enjoys working with B2C and B2B clients across a variety of sectors?
• # A minimum of four years’ experience in a client-facing or strategic role, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
• # Experience working with digital marketing channels including PPC and SEO.

• Note: We have a hybrid approach and work in the office 3 days a week, based in our offices near the Metro Centre in Gateshead.
