Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in print management? Do you have a strong understanding of promotional merchandise and enjoy juggling multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment?

We’re partnering with a well-established and growing print management business with over 20 years of success in the industry. They support a diverse client base — from charities and financial institutions to events organisations — delivering solutions across print, marketing collateral, corporate materials, promotional merchandise, and direct mail.

With demand for promotional merchandise continuing to grow, they’re now looking to bring in a proactive Account Manager to join their friendly and collaborative Client Services team.

The Role

You’ll act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly — on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you’ll oversee everything from procurement through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and build strong long-term relationships
• Coordinate projects involving promotional merchandise
• Oversee print procurement, production and stock management
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
• Liaise with suppliers, production teams and logistics partners
• Ensure all work is delivered accurately, on time and within budget

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Have experience working in a print management or print production environment
• Possess a good understanding of promotional merchandise
• Be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
• Have excellent attention to detail and communication skills
• Be a team player who contributes positively to a collaborative environment
