- Leading the formulation and breakdown of annual sales targets and overall work plans.
- Achieve sales targets for CICA and insulation products.
- Conduct market research, analysis, and marketing activities in line with business strategy.
- Identify decision-making chains within relevant government bodies, industry organizations, and target customers, and establish relationships with key personnel.
- Leading customer development and value transfer efforts, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key TSO/DNO decision-makers.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and key account management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Transmission and Distribution network industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
