As a Account Technical Lead, the work centres on customer Technical Vision (CTV): Develop and maintain a strategic technical roadmap for each account, ensuring alignment between customer goals and Autodesk capabilities. It would suit someone who can bring youcantravel up to 20% within the EMEA region to the role.

How support shows up
Customer Technical Vision (CTV): Develop and maintain a strategic technical roadmap for each account, ensuring alignment between customer goals and Autodesk capabilities. Sales Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and co-develop customer success plans. Technical Discovery: Lead discovery sessions to understand customer systems, workflows, pain points, and objectives. Translate findings into actionable insights.

Youcantravel up to 20% within the EMEA region. Youinfluence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
What needs to be in place
- You have>8 years experience in customer-facing roles.
- Degree, education or equivalent work experience in AECOor Data and Platform solutions.
- You have fluent English, anadditional Europeanlanguagewould bea benefit.
