Accountancy Manager focuses on develop our accountancy team – this will include recruiting team members and coaching our people so that they can reach their potential.

What the role involves

• Develop our Accountancy team – this will include recruiting team members and coaching our people so that they can reach their potential.
• Building strong relationships with our owner-managed business clients (average turnover ranging from £2 - £15 million) and ensuring that we continue to offer a quality trusted advi.

Skills and requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with experience of working within a business services environment.
• Highly commercial with the drive to contribute towards Bishop Fleming’s growth.
• With a turnover of £48m, we saw growth of almost 15% over the last 12 months.
• With 9 offices, over 50 partners, and over 500 people, we have the capability and capacity to meet our clients’ needs.
