What the role involves

• Reviewing and presenting monthly divisional management accounts within strict deadlines.
• Reconciling and reviewing balance sheet control accounts.
• Conducting variance and trend analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Reviewing statutory returns including VAT, Intrastat and VIES, ensuring fullpliance with Irish Revenue and HMRC requirements.
• Supporting the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors, preparing statutory financial statements, and resolving audit queries.
• Preparing annual budgets and rolling reforecasts.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant finance, accounts, payroll, Excel, bookkeeping, or accounting-system experience may be required.
