What the role involves
- Option to work through lunch to support phone cover (8-hour day), or take a 30-minute unpaid lunch (7.5-hour day).
- Updating supplier records and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Filing, scanning, and providing general office support.
- Supporting compliance with ISO auditing processes.
- Supporting payroll administration including holiday approvals and sickness records.
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks would be advantageous (training provided - the business uses Xero).
Skills and requirements
- Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
