The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded property consultancy is looking to bring in an Assistant Client Accountant to support a growing portfolio.
This is a great opportunity for someone with finance or property accounting experience to step into a role where you’ll get exposure to a varied client base, structured support, and clear progression.
You’ll be joining a collaborative team with a strong reputation in the market and a consistent pipeline of work.
The Role
Working closely with senior members of the team, you’ll support the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting across a portfolio of commercial properties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with service charge accounts preparation
- Supporting the production of monthly and quarterly reports
- Managing supplier payments and invoice processing
- Bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records
- Assisting with budgets and forecasting
- Liaising with surveyors, clients and external stakeholders
What They’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a finance / accounts role (property experience is a plus, not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with different teams
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
