As a Accounts Assistant, the work centres on managing supplier accounts, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and handling supplier queries. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
How the role is set up
We are seeking an enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join a busy and expanding team. You’ll be part of a growing business that delivers a wide range of services across civil engineering, demolition, waste management, outdoor cleaning, quarrying and more.
Where someone would start
Managing supplier accounts, including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations and handling supplier queries. Providing administrative support to operational staff and management. Answering iing calls to the finance office.

What is expected
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central (beneficial but not essential).
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to learn new financial and operational software.
