Accounts Assistant
Accounts Assistant focuses on the post holder will manage and co-ordinate the accounts for a portfolio of clients as well as taking on some payroll work, one-off projects and assisting others as appropriate.
What the role involves
- The post holder will manage and co-ordinate the accounts for a portfolio of clients as well as taking on some payroll work, one-off projects and assisting others as appropriate.
- Managing day-to-day operations of clients’ financial transactions ensuring all movements comply with industry regulations.
- Performing regular and robust reconciliations of client ledgers and bank accounts.
- Raising ad hoc charges and invoices as required.
- Allocating cash received from tenants.
- Reconciling receipts against the charges raised.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant finance, accounts, payroll, Excel, bookkeeping, or accounting-system experience may be required.
