Accounts & Finance Manager focuses on managing the day to day finance function, overseeing all accounting operations and leading a small finance team.
What the role involves
- Managing the day to day finance function, overseeing all accounting operations and leading a small finance team.
- Produce month end management accounts, reconciliations and financial reporting across multiple business entities.
- Preparing Profit & Loss reports, forecasts and project based financial analysis to support senior management decision making.
- Supporting budgeting and financial planning activities across clients, locations and operational projects.
- Overseeing sales and purchase ledger processes, maintaining accurate records and strong financial controls.
- Managing payroll administration, creditor processes and company credit card systems.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience within an Accounts & Finance Manager or similar senior finance position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, with strong overall Microsoft Office capability.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Confirmed role details
- 9.00 - 17.30, Monday - Friday (flexibility when needed).

- Pay: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
