As a Accounts Payable Clerk, the work centres on managing payments- complete supplier payment runs and process ad-hoc payments, petty. What the work leans on

Job Type: Full Time 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday / Would consider part-time over 5 days. Reconciling supplier statements to supplier ledgers.

Where the technical work sits

  • Managing payments- complete supplier payment runs and process ad-hoc payments, petty.
  • Processing a high volume of invoices with the accounts payable system.
  • Preparation of weekly supplier payment runs (preparing BACS payment runs and arranging.

Technical requirements

  • 1-3 years Accounts payable/ purchase ledger experience.
  • IT literate & proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Good written & verbal communication/numeracy/data analysing skills.
