Acquisition Integration Support Advisor

As a Acquisition Integration Support Advisor, the work centres on assisting with implementation of new systems and processes post completion of newly acquired business either in person or by remote training, as directed by the Head of Acquisition. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.

How the role works day to day

Delivering one to one, and where required, group training to newly acquired branch staff. Assisting with implementation of new systems and processes post completion of newly acquired business either in person or by remote training, as directed by the Head of Acquisition In. Assisting with trouble shooting, investigations and special projects as required.

Practical details

• Generous Holiday allowance, increasing by 1 day per year based on service up to an additional 5 days holiday per year.
• These may vary from 3 to 8 weeks consecutively, dependent on the project.
• There will be periods of working away from home, staying in hotel accommodation (Mon to Fri) during integration projects.
