As a Activities Co, the work centres on supporting shift-by-shift logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with children and families to the role.

• Helping residents to remain as active and independent as possible.
• Helping identify residents’ unique goals and implement personalised activity plans.
