Activities Co-Ordinator
Job description
This Activities Co role is focused on spending time with residents to develop meaningful relationships. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

Ensuring that all activities are entertaining, motivating and engaging for our residents. Offering opportunities that reflect residents’ past interests to increase their wellbeing and create new experiences.
How the role works day to day
Spending time with residents to develop meaningful relationships. Helping to plan and organise groups and one-to-one sessions in response to identified interests and requests. Be working with a team to help plan and organise activities for our residents, ensuring they are varied and centred around the resident’s interests.
