Who the work supports

Our home offers 24-hour residential care and 36 en-suite bedrooms. The Activities Coordinator, known internally as Lifestyles Coordinator, will proactively engage with and support the activities programme in the Home.

What needs to be in place

• Champion person centered care with all team members in the home to ensure residents are empowered to make, or continue to make, Lifestyles choices relevant and appropriate to them.
• Experience of organising and scheduling programmes of events or activities, ideally within a healthcare environment.
