Job description
As a Activity Co, the work centres on engage with residents in one-on-one or group activities, such as games, crafts, music, exercise, outings and social events based on their interest and preferences. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

What you would be doing
Engage with residents in one-on-one or group activities, such as games, crafts, music, exercise, outings and social events based on their interest and preferences. Stay informed about best practices and trends in wellbeing and activities for residents. Preparing, planning and delivering group and individual recreational and occupational activities, observing, recording and reporting resident response.

What you need
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a regulated care or support environment.
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with a good standard of written and verbal English.
- Well-developed communication, observational and active listening skills.
