Identify, review, and plan care for patients diagnosed with AKI. Work proactively to reduce the incidence and impact of AKI across the Trust. Provide specialist advice on fluid management, medications, and treatment planning.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years post registration experience.
- Level 7 post registration graduation qualification.
