ADE UK Careers Officer

ADE UK Careers Officer focuses on liaise with the creative assistant to ensure that promotional collateral is provided to marketing team for scheduling promotion across platforms.

What the role involves

• Liaise with the Creative Assistant to ensure that promotional collateral is provided to Marketing team for scheduling promotion across platforms.
• Deliver the Alumni programme of support for recent graduates and liaise with relevant departments to ensure logistics for this are organized and promoted effectively.
• Work with the Careers Manager to provide administrative support for Alumni Events and Initiatives.
• Work with the Artist and Creative Development Manager to provide administrative support for the Careers Festival and Industry 1-2-1 Provision.
• Deliver an effective comms plan for both Students & Alumni.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) is essential.
