Provide full administrative support to the Capital Development Team, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Support the management and monitoring of departmental information systems.
Main responsibilities
Service meetings: organise venues, prepare agendas, take accurate minutes and track follow‑up actions. Provide flexible admin and PA support to ensure deadlines and departmental priorities are met. Managing diaries for the Assistant Director and Department Heads, including arranging meetings and appointments.

Requirements
- HND/HNC in a business‑related subject + 2 years’ PA experience.
- 5 GCSEs/O‑Levels (or equivalent) + 3 years’ PA experience.
- Use of Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher).
