Job description

As a Administration Officer, the work centres on case manager for Universal Credit – working as part of a multidisciplinary case management team responsible for helping claimants to create and maintain their digital account. It would suit someone who can bring reliability, clear communication, and practical judgement to the role.

We are currently recruiting for UC Case Managers for our client based in Ballymena. Start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

What you would be doing

Case manager for Universal Credit – working as part of a multidisciplinary case management team responsible for helping claimants to create and maintain their digital account. Telephony duties are also included in the case management role.

What you need

  • 5 GCSE’S C and Above (Including Maths and English).
  • Applicant must complete an Access NI check.

Practical information

  • Post is based on an 8am to 8pm working pattern Monday – Friday and a requirement to work every fourth Saturday 9am – 5pm.
  • Hybrid, Flexi after the training and consolidation period.
  • DWP business areas in Northern Ireland adhere to Great Britain Easter Public Holidays and jobholder will be required to observe Easter Public Holidays of Good Friday and Easter Mon.
  • Ballymena Service Centre.
