Administration Team Assistant
This Administration Team Assistant role is focused on supporting site FMs with obtaining quotes, raising Purchase Orders and chasing Coupa approvals. It would suit someone who can bring someone who is adaptable, detail-focused and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to the role.
Who the work supports
Play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are followed through to completion. How support shows up
Supporting site FMs with obtaining quotes, raising Purchase Orders and chasing Coupa approvals. Manage and reconcile Purchase Orders, resolving PO and invoice-related queries. Managing Maximo jobs throughout their lifecycle, including updates, progress chasing and escalation where required.
