Administrative Assistant focuses on within this role, you’ll support the planning of budgets and work closely with our senior merchandisers to make impactful decisions across our global platform.
What the role involves
- Within this role, you’ll support the planning of budgets and work closely with our Senior Merchandisers to make impactful decisions across our global platform.
- Supporting planning of budgets by category, option count, and depth of buy, based on the overall business and financial goals of the company.
- Review sales forecasts based on performance and action re-forecasts where necessary.
- Monitor the best and worst sellers, using this information to make informed trade actions on a weekly basis.
- Maintain the buying and gross profit margins as requested.
- Supporting the Merchandising Admin Assistant with any administrative tasks.
Skills and requirements
- Experience working within Merchandising, as a Assistant Merchandiser for a similar retail business.
- Previous experience working with Excel at a Intermediate to Advanced level.
- Highly competitive bonus scheme, company pension, share schemes, private medical cover and life assurance.
- Ongoing learning and development with strong internal progression.
