This Administrative Officer role is focused on maintenance of cash books in line with organisational standards. Photocopying, filing and upkeep of office systems. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
What the work leans on
Our client is seeking an Administrative Officer to provide efficient, accurate and confidential administrative support across Corporate Services. Maintaining contract management databases to support reviews, renewals and spend tracking.
Where the technical work sits
- Supporting wider Corporate Services activities and ad hoc project work as required.
- Maintenance of cash books in line with organisational standards. Photocopying, filing and upkeep of office systems.
- Maintaining relationships with internal teams, suppliers and contractors.
Technical requirements
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade A-C) including English and Mathematics, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years' administrative experience.

Practical details
- Temporary - 3 months initially.
