This Administrative Support Assistant role in Word, Powerpoint and Excel is focused on to provide a range of administrative and support in the delivery of both undergraduate programmes in the School of Biodiversity, One Health and Veterinary Medicine, Undergraduate S. How support shows up
To provide a range of administrative and support in the delivery of both undergraduate programmes in the School of Biodiversity, One Health and Veterinary Medicine, Undergraduate S. To assist with the timetabling process in both programmes e.g. To provide general administrative support in monitoring student absences especially final year rotations, final year student expenses etc.
What needs to be in place
- Working knowledge IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMs, Office 365 and Outlook.
- Computer literate with demonstrable skill in the use of Word and Excel.C2.
- Ability to communicate clearly, clarifying requirements, responding to colleagues and customers.C4.
