Key Responsibilities

• Managing the admissions process for new pupils, including EHCP consultations

• Liaising with parents, carers, and the Local Authority

• Coordinating visits, transition meetings, and induction arrangements

• Maintaining accurate pupil records using the school’s MIS system

• Supporting statutory processes and ensuring compliance with SEND procedures

• Working closely with the SENCO and senior leadership team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience in school admissions or administrative roles

• An understanding of SEND provision and EHCP processes

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Experience using school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)

• A calm, professional, and empathetic approach

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
