How support shows up
As Adult Social Care Lawyer, you will be primarily responsible for:. Supervise the work of junior members of staff as and when required. Undertaking advocacy in the Court of Protection and Civil Court.

What needs to be in place
- A generous minimum annual leave entitlement, starting at 34 days per year (including bank holidays).

- Be a qualified Solicitor/Barrister/Fellow of CILEx with a current Practising Certificate.
