What the role involves

• Reviewing care packages and provision of moving and handling equipment.
• Complete Care Act assessments.
• Assess individuals and carers with complex needs in the home environment.
• Coordinating equipment and adaptations.
• Undertake manual handling assessments.
• Work in line with safeguarding procedures, promoting dignity and respect.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience.
• Previous experience as a community-based Occupational Therapist.
• HCPC Registration.
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can assist).
