• In this role, you will engage in informative and preventative conversations, including social work assessments and interventions, to secure appropriate funding levels in line with.
• Provide effective responses to safeguarding enquiries in accordance with the Care Act and local policies and procedures.
• The team seeks an individual motivated to challenge current practices and enthusiastic about adopting strengths-based assessments.
