• Develop personalized care plans.

Skills and requirements

• To be successful in this role, you must be registered with Social Work England, be eligible to work in the UK, and hold a full UK driving licence.
• You should also possess a degree-level qualification or equivalent in Social Work, along with relevant post-qualified experience.
