Skills and requirements

• Have significant postgraduate experience in the above areas and have experience on leading and being part of service redesign.
• The candidate also needs to have experience working across the wider MDT in all aspects of community paediatric physiotherapy.
• Ability and willingness to travel through the area of service delivery is essential.

• The applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team and be confident working independently.

Additional role context

• The team consists of 13 staff working across Forth Valley in clinics/ schools/ community and inpatient settings.
• The post is a community Band 7 role with a focus on managing and leading the CPIPS service in NHS Forth Valley and working closely with our partners in education.
• A key role in this is collaborative working within our ASN establishments as well as staff training and development.
