This Care Assistant opportunity with Acute Services within NHS Forth Valley as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Acute in Acute Medicine is built around the post will support part of the advanced practice team based in FVRH and involves rotation between Hospital at Night, Acute Medical Admissions and Rapid Assessment and Care Unit. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

An opportunity has arisen to join Acute Services within NHS Forth Valley as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Acute Medicine/Hospital at Night. This post will also be considered as in training position under Annex 21 of the Agenda for Change terms & conditions.

The post will support part of the advanced practice team based in FVRH and involves rotation between Hospital at Night, Acute Medical Admissions and Rapid Assessment and Care Unit.

- Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
What needs to be in place
- Advanced Clinical Examination accredited course, preferably at level 11.
- As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week.
