What the role involves

  • Provide care for patients from initial history taking and clinical assessment through to diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
  • Demonstrate safe, evidence-based clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis for patients within general practice.
  • Provide nurse leadership as required.

Skills and requirements

  • Experience in a primary care setting.
  • NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber status.
  • Annual salary up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata).
