What the role involves
- Managing a caseload of children and families requiring statutory intervention, including CIN, CP, and PLO cases.
- Develop outcome-focused plans to safeguard children and promote their well-being.
- Leading and participate in multi-agency meetings, including child protection conferences, core groups, and legal planning meetings.
- Preparing high-quality reports for court and other statutory processes, ensuring timely and evidence-based recommendations.
- Conduct regular home visits and direct work with children to assess risk.
- Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to deliver coordinated and effective interventions.
Skills and requirements
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
- Free DBS and compliance service.
- Twice weekly payroll and ‘Faster Pay’ service, getting you paid more quickly.
Confirmed role details
- £30.06 – £37 per hour.
