Wirral Council is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our busy Wallasey Adult Social Care Team. Interviews to take place week commencing 20th July 2026.

Main responsibilities

• Managing a complex caseload involving safeguarding, high-risk situations, and Court of Protection work.
• Supporting practitioners with challenging cases.
